Constitution
Aboriginal Housing Victoria is a public company limited by guarantee and operates under a written Constitution.
On 20th February 2007, Aboriginal Housing Victoria redrafted it’s Constitution to enhance the Representative structure of it’s elected members. This allowed AHV to undergo an organisational restructure which clearly separates the roles of the Director’s from the Representative Members of the Organisation.
